2 steaks
Minced ginger
1 onion
1 pepper red or yellow
4 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp ketjap manis
2 closed garlic
Pak Choi
Sugar snap beans
Heat oil in a wok.
Cut the steak into strips and add to the wok.
Stirfry untill brown.
Add the ketjap manis and stirfry fro 1 minute.
Add the chilli sauce and stirfry for 2 minutes.
Add the Pak choi and stirfry for 1 minute
Add the Sugar snaps and stirfry for 5 minutes.
Serve with rice.
